Creating a bin wheel
Here are screen shots of the wheel I made for the wheelie bin.

Here is the final creation of the bin created in 3Ds max.
Turbo smooth car build
Here we learnt to create a car from a rectangle. We made it an editable poly, turbo smoothed the rectangle and then we moved the polygons to create a car like shape.

Here is the final rendered image of the demo creation we did.
I then experimented with this technique to create a futuristic race car.
Buildings
These are screen shots of a demo we had on how to create a building for our city scene. This is the help our skills develop.
Final rendered image of the building created.
Bollard - city scene object
I created a bollard for my city scene. I might reuse this asset, but I can develop this piece to a standard I would like.
Lamp post - city scene object
I created a lamp post for my city scene which I would reuse for my final creation. I would develop this further because it is too short.
Building, island & road
In these screen shots, you will see the creation of an island with a road and buildings.
Building plane
Here we learnt how to take an image and make it 3D. We put an image on a plane in 3Ds Max and then pushed polygons in to make it look realistic aand 3D.

I then copied this wall three times and created a building with them.
spotlight
Here is a rendered image of a spotlight, we learnt to create through a demo in 3Ds Max.
Bridge support
I created a bridge support for my final city scene in 3Ds Max.
Light demo
Here we learnt how to make an image transparent and create a shadow.
I created a random image to see what happens to the shadow.
Building
In 3Ds Max, I created a building which I could reuse for my final city scene.
Helicopter pad
This is a work in progress image of a helicopter landing pad I am making in 3Ds Max.
